Last night, I had a dude come into my office, he's 49 yrs old, black, does construction. About 5'6, 175, construction, and his arms were lean, and huge (for his size). Triceps were big, bis were big with that vein running down. Clearly he lifted, but he had that grainy look. This just goes to show you if, you keep at it, you can look good, and you don't need to be huge to look jacked. its funny how some people give up after a yr because they don't make the gains that they want. But if you are 49 yrs old, clearly you have been lifting for a long time.
So, y'all don't get discouraged or depressed because you don't match up to the dudes in the gym, comparison is the sign of mediocrity.
