-2 showers a day
-wipe your back after a workout or shower
-clean shirt, I used to change my shirt 3 times a day in the summer
-whenever possable walk around with no shirt.......it's why we workout anyways....to show off
-tanning helps too
....that's what helped me....I fucking hate acne creams...
Oh and it doesn't hurt to have someone wash your back for you!
