From what I can tell 240 is for the following:

1.  Price Controls
2.  Govt run health care
3.  Govt "Stimulus"
4.  Govt bailouts.
5.  govt taking over GM & Chrysler
6.  Govt "hooking up people" with free stuff
7.  2nd amendment.
8.  Palin 2012  :o
