I think maybe cause she was 4 years older then me I dunno. She wasn't even that pretty. ...she had some monster size tits tho (my biggest weakness). Yea she's probably porker out now with 5 kids. That's okay I forgot about her real quick. I felt like a new person :D

Something clearly wrong with your getting so defensive over your friend and his sharpened pictures

First thing first...its one thing to just LOSE weight, but its totally another one to lose fat and KEEP the muscles, and I think that he has succeed. This is also his first diet. As for him looking shitty, Im sure you look alot better...  :)

People who havent been on real diet are the ones talking shit. Those who know what I'm taking about know how much dedication and time you have to put in it. I have done 4 shows this past year and have a regular job on top of that, but still anyone can make it just put your heart and soul in it.  :)

hey platz your friends transformation is sick man, mad props to your friend.  im currently cutting bodyfat too, but im having trouble getting lower than 14%. i've basically plateaued for 2 weeks now at 14%.

-whats your friend's current diet like to stay in that condition?(an outline of one of his day's meals would be awesome)
-how did he change his diet overcome plateaus?( if he ever came across one)
-what was his cardio routine like in the beginning of his transformation compared to how it is now?(like how many times per week and how long)
