It would be great if Olbermann, Hardball, Hannity and O'Reilly as well as Beck would be cancelled as well.

Replace them with political shows that have a neutral host, but with guest commentators from both left and right.

As well as pro and and anti oil, pro life, pro choice, et al.

The McLaughlin Group that was shown on PBS was awesome. Hardball commentaries on current affairs and Pat Buchanan was there as well as persons representing more liberal views, as well as a more center perspective.

Cable TV sucks.  Its totally useless.  The radio and internet is where the good action is.

I do like Dobbs alot though.

So Dobbs is basically forced off CNN but they add that liberal windbag Joy Bahart??  CNN is becoming more and more liberal, right in line with this administration.

The fact is that you want business people in executive positions like Gov or Pres or Mayor.

Having someone like Dobbs in the Senate would be perfectly fine.

Uh...no you don't.  What kind of people do you think are in power now?  Business people, such as Goldman Sachs, Haliburton, etc.  Even the Federal Reserve(which there is nothing Federal about it) has too much power and is controlled by "business people".  I have learned my lesson on letting business people run this country...corporate welfare and/or corporate communism is very real, and has been for a very long time.  Too long in my opinion.

We need more people that are just common sense people and that adhere to the Constitution.  While I enjoy Lou's commentary he has no political experience or accomplishments.  I would give Lou a chance if he ran in my state because...

1.  I truly hate my current Senator.(Graham, and I have voted against him since I was old enough to vote)

2.  I respect Lou so I will hear what he has to say.  I would hope he would speak the truth ala Ron Paul and not give me hope and change rhetoric.

3.  I agree with his commentary on taxes, government control, and illegal immigration.  I would like to hear a more indepth opinion on other issues.

Shootfighter...I can't believe she actually has a show.  What a pompous, ignorant, bitch.

I meant small to mid business owners - not the banksters.

I feel you homie... ;D

While I agree with Lou on some things, I just don't know if he is the guy that I would want representing me.  I wish we all could get our act together and get some small business owners in there that don't want to interfere with other people's lives.  Both Repub and Democrat.  It's apparent they are both the same these days.

Look, politics is a joke lately and the left certainly has their over-abundance of clowns.  I think Dobbs would be a good addition to the circuis.

I think not.  Dobbs in politics would be about as successful as his stint as a CEO.  Remember, he left hosting the CNN program Moneyline to become CEO of his own internet venture at the height of the internet explosion about ten years ago.  Apparently, after interviewing countless CEOs he thought he could be one.  He had visions of taking his company public and becoming a billionaire.  Turns out being a CEO was harder than Dobbs thought; his internet company collapsed and he went crawling back to CNN.

Make no mistake about it.  Dobbs, like Limbaugh, is good at offering his opinions and stirring up sentiment, but he does not belong in any real position of power because he knows nothing about real leadership and what it takes to be effective in such a role.
