Is it not time to change your stupid ways and join the rest of the world? did you ever have a vote about this or if not do you think you will? Is it time to change pounds to KG, foot to meters, Inches to CM, miles to Kilometers and gallons or what ever you use to liters deciliters centiliters milliliters microliters bla blaha you know what i mean, what you think?

Perhaps it was another post of mine, in another thread, that inspired you to make this thread.
But back in the early 80's when my sister was in elementary school, she had to learn both systems as the US was 'in the process' of converting to the metric system.
Something happened, what I have no idea, but the idea was never carried out 100%.
