how can true bodybuilding fans be complaining about the slin gut!
Slin gut?
How can diabetic BB's around the world "most" using more slin for longer periods than any pro not gain a belly like that?

Tim Belknap , used large doses of gear and was a diabetic from a young age injecting many times a day , yet he hasnt a belly like that.

How does being diabetic affect you as a bodybuilder? Can you manipulate the insulin to help you like a non-diabetic? Or does it not work that way? Very interested in answer please

You must stay as close in the normal range as possible which is between 4 - 7 mmol/l (i think other countrys use a diff measure system)
or this works against BB goals.
The only times I let my blood sugars creep up to hyperglycemic levels is before training , as training lowers blood sugars , in fact I have to sip on poweraid throughout workout or face going low.

In regards to timing I find Im able to manipulate carbs and full out nicely after a day of low carbs , within hours Im full..

I also found that straight powdered creatine works very well with me , even compared to guys who use creatine with an insulin stimulent like juice to get a spike.

I dont need the juice obviously as im spiking the slin myself. so in that way I find im manipulating it , but this is just what BBs using slin are doing also so not sure if Im at an advantage or not.

I think being a diabetic has kept me more focused on a gym type lifestyle.
Keeping fit eating meals every 2 -3 hours etc so that is a positive side of it.
Other than that I cant really think of any other advantages. It can be a painin the ass at times but at least its not terminal if you take good care of your condition.  :)

Why is almost every guest poser doing those I-can't-hear-you and crowed posing? It's getting boring.

In fact, every bodybuilder should do these "I-can't-hear-you and crowed"-moves, they should be the standard in all contests, be it contestant and guestposer.

There was a study saying insulin using diabetics carry more lbm than regular folks. So even without manipulating it per se a diabetic often has more muscle mass.
