I mix a can of mustard greens (or any green you like) with a can of diced tomato/garlic in a pan, set on medium until warm, and eat like soup. Don't drain them. Eat it like soup.
These greens, like mustard, collard, kale (rare in a can), turnip, are sooo good for you guys! Loaded with vitamins. AND tasty. Add salt/pepper or whatever. Takes minutes to cook. Cans of these super foods are just pennies too. LIke .70cents a can.
