branch has the best quad detail..

Kai flexes is while Branch is flaring his quads outward. if he flexed his quad he would have much better detail than Kai.

2nd in the O next to Jay at his best, while beating last years Mr.O is a pretty damm good highlight

Kai a bit more conditioned would take Branch though

For some odd reason the screen says differently. Plus Branch is at the far side and at a angle. Branch looked his vest when he won pro card, if anything at that time he had a physique and "the look" that Weider was looking for, not Cutler

I don't think Kai has completely contracted his abs at that point when the photo was taken so it looks like he's smoother in that area. Has the most cut quads too and bigger arms than Branch at that angle so all things considered I would give it to Kai just on that alone. But that doesn't mean Branch wasn't better overall - he fully deserved second place.

Exactly. Though Phil's obliques are a bit big his waist line compared to Branch and Kai is pretty small.
