Its all about massive reps (hourly reps) and not dieting

if you have faith in a perfect god then you beleive you can eat tons of food and do massive reps to acheive your goal

one who lacks faith doesnt think its possible, and diet day in and day out and are miserable and have trouble posting

by dieting you cant do "massive reps" by any means, you may get in a very amateur style workout at best but feel drained and hungry all the time. since our muscle is gravity based and you lose muscle mass in space because of lack of "gravity" is well known

so massive reps= more simulation of gravity and keeping muscle mass metabolism Over your fat metabolism

with massive reps and massive calories you "keep" muscle at a slightly higher rate than you are putting on fat with massive eating creating a net result of being slightly leaner each day

massive reps can be acheived through non weighted squats and pushups your body wont know much of a difference because 40 reps of non weighted squats is just as hard as 20 pushups 10-12 times a day, if you do half this expect still some fatloss  and easy maintenance of body fat but you probably wont be ripped


this kind of hourly muscle stimulation forgoes any NET fat gain everything is going to your muscles to repair them

make sure to have plenty of fruit juice to cleanse intestinal tract for higher nutrient absorption

your appetite will be very high but you wont feel guilty because as long as u do the reps every hour you dont get fat, youll be surprised how quick digestion is too with the fruit juices, feel free to have pizza and cake as well, they get used up fast when doing hourly reps

in the finished product god wants us to enjoy the great foods of the earth but also be compassionate, and be happy not miserable with stupid dieting that always nets you with less and less energy, be prepared to have all the energy you want and the phsyique you desire if you put in the work

johnson falcon could never have buuilt the pyramid stargate to take him to the ultimate fine hoes dimensional plane if he was on a diet and could not finish the pyramid at the right time when the stars aligned if he lacked energy from dieting he would have failed and missed his chance, ONE MUST FINISH the job not try to take a shortcut by dieting and quitting the building process

think about it, do you think you will acheive greatness through mainly dieting, if then you acheive it through that method what good is it then if you have no energy for the hoes?

thats why that method is inferior , although it could work, but you wont have any extra energy because youre not really firing up your muscle metabolism on a diet because your constantly losing muscle and fat in a diet

im saying this way our muscle metabolism (wich is either being built or lost) will OUT MASS your fat metabolims (wich always puts on fat regardless dieting or not it wants to put on fat but can be outmatched with alot of hourly reps) equalling a net fatloss for the day

60 reps and hour takes about 100 seconds

So is there a magic number or reps or calories how would you know if you are doing too much or too little or eating enough calories or not?
