  I don't have volume on this computer, but are they talking about how the GOP tried to vote down the Franken bill that would allow the government to withhold funds from overseas contractors who wouldn't allow their female employees to file rape/harassment charges? I posted about this a month or so ago. That bill was a no-brainer and should've gotten complete support from both sides.
