IS there a rule of thumb or something when it comes to testosterone and aromatase inhibitors (arimidex specifically).. for example

What's optimal MG for arimidex when using 500mg test/week, 1000mg/week etc etc..

By that I mean the best dose for optimal sex drive, no gyno, no major bloat etc

Find a good AI that you tolerate well and use it as YOU deem appropriate. I prefer using something mild like aromasin. Easy on the lipid profiles and gets the job done appropriately. I have arimidex on hand when my estrogen is just too darn high and needs a quick hit, but mainly cruise with aromasin when I think I need to. I recommend going easy on the AIs... people use them way too much.

Estrogen is pivotal for sex drive and you can't get your dick hard without it. It's important for tons of other things too. As long as you're not getting gyno or bloating, don't mess around with it.

A general rule of thumb is to not use AI's at all unless you are using very high amounts of Test or preparing for a show.

For 500-1000mg of test i wouldn't use an AI, but that is just my opinion.

I would just keep the Nolva/AI's on hand in case you have problems.

The reason i was asking was cause I had gotten gyno then used arimidex to kill it.. it also made my joints sore after couple weeks of heavy lifting and sex drive was there

Another time I used letro(2.5mg) + nolvadex(20mg) daily combo KILLED my sex drive and took no joke around 3 months to recovery and it wasn't funny..
