Is this website legit?  Its $100 for the year and no prescription necessary?  Also, is it legal to buy without a prescription.

Not sure if its legit, but I can tell you something about it just by looking up the IP
Its registered with godaddy on a dirt cheap shared Linux hosting account ( suggesting fly by night , and no budget )
The domain was created in April 2009.  Its alexa rank is 19M suggesting it doesn't get crap for traffic.
When you click buy it now a page for Alertpay comes up ( Paypal knockoff )
According to this page the Seller is Deepak Singh(sales@gamesondiscount.com)
Judging by the Scrolling Testimonials, which are hard coded into the flash ( real testimonials would be dynamically driven ),  and considering that many of them are too similar I would say he is making them up.

Looks like a scam to me.  Who wants to report it?
