I've just looked them up and they seem to be the exception rather than the rule among environmentalists - they are actually quite obscure. There is nothing like the prevalence of fundies in organised religion.

I am not a religious person at all.  Maybe this is why I am averse to the green nonsense.  It has all the same charasteritics of the things I cant styand about religion.

I think you have been talking to the wrong religious people, I am a christian but I look at things from the perspective of each person has to make their own decisions and then answer for them when the time comes. Don't point out the splinter in your brothers eye while ignoring the plank in your own eye.

I don't buy into the greenhouse crap because it has all the earmarks of scam perpetrated to enrich a few at the expense of everyone else, but I digress I already had my tirade about that in another thread
