for me i make sure i get over 400 reps a day regardless of calories
i could have a super restrictive diet but wont be able to do shit
doing 400 reps or more is equivelant to the mass needed of a slightly sendentary 300 pounder i beleive, in other words we share the same muscle mass when i do that many reps
i would like more mass but that means more reps and even more grapejuice
seems the fat stays off much easier when i simply eat more and do more
dieting just doesnt work for me i tend to not even be able to stand for long hours on a diet
