Like a sucking dumbass last week I hadn't eaten all day and it was leg day so I decided to throw down two McRibs (BTW the McRib is Back
) and a small fry...I went to the gym not 30 min later and my stomach was all fucked up cause I'm not used to eating that crap. I took two dumps, my stomach as cramping up and I was farting from hell...I barely finished the workout.
What did it was A Drop set with 9 plates on each side. 12 reps, take of a plate 12 reps take off 2, and so on until 2 plates of left. I wanted to die...
