yesterday was an all time high of reps 740 reps between no weight squats and pushups and some miscellanous 40 pound dumbell stuff for back
i thought i could get away with a pint of haagen dasz and 4 peices of toast with butter but all it did was repair me more for today cause i dont feel any soreness but with even all those reps i did not lose fat cause i ate that shit
i honestly didnt think it would put on fat but it did, thought it would only boost fatloss but it didnt even though it was an all time high of repetitions
400-500 reps is usually my quitting number, i feel next time if i start getting that or higher i should just chill out literally and drink tons of water and dress warmer and dont eat anything once ive reached my "goal" this is a valuable lesson i learned from last night
