I am 6.2 242 lbs close to 25%bf currently. I will be bumping up my cardio after Christmas but right now I'm building mass. What would you recommend for me.  I do not want to say that money is no object but i don't want to spend a tonne on juice. What should I take that is relatively safe. I'm not looking for long term side effects.  I have been in the gym for awhile and I have cycled before but I do believe I'm forgotten more than I know now.  Please help only constructive posts please

sorry I guess that was way to vague.. I am currently 263lbs just got off the scale. I have 18%bf I stand 6.3 inches tall and I am natural as of right now.   I plan to start a cycle soon. maybe after Christmas.  I am in personal security and need to be intimidating

going up 5 pounds at a time does nothing for your muscles if yuor looking for growth you gotta make jumps in the weight to shock your muscle.

absolutely false training in a way wher eyou do basic movements for stard amount sof sets and reps and trakc your weight and increase in small increments every week is by far the most assured way to make constant progress
