The hot tub is VERY nice in cold weather.  I am the type that is usually overheated, so sitting in 101 deg water during normal weather is too much for me.  I'm not sure how low you can keep the temp, but the standard is 101-102 degrees I believe.

If you had ever done it, you'd know that sex in either is pretty bad.  Sounds fun, but water will wash away her natural lubrication, and water is not a lubricant, so it ends up being very uncomfortable for both people.
