yeah except the big dogs don't keep their money in the country and its so crime ridden that only a few petro companies can get anything accomplished.

Yeah.....exactly BZ. I've got a buddy at the Embassy...its miserable unless ur an oligarchy/Petro czar. They all own houses on the Black Sea and keep their cash outside the country incase ol Vlad decides to make a move. The mafia runs things and curruption is ridiculous. Even if folks aren't mobbed up, they have their hand out. The entire system is completely disfunctional.
