Obesity for better leverage and a better displacement when holding and controlling a large weight and being born with extremely short Humerus and Radius, Ulna bones (Upper and lower arm bones).Of course training to some degree, but without the above two you will NEVER be capable of this fat....er I mean feat.

where do you think cns development comes from? the answer is resistance + caloric assimilation forms the proper neural pathways when necessary wich form along side of muscle and bone density ect
I've also seen plenty of skinny powerlifters lift ridiculous amounts of weight
but no kaie green sandwiches for the leans , he probably hits legs once a month so they dont get too big for pantsvery impressive
