Right guys just a quick one
  
I'v applyed for a concessionary bus pass, because right now im paying £15 a week/£66.50 a month on bus fairs. so anyway my mum found out im intitled to a concessionary bus pass because of my Asperger's Syndrome and having scare tissue on my eye's.

so this should free up abit of cash and im considering joining the gym at scafa leasuire centre about 10 min walk away from college is an annishal £30 then with student discount is £25 a months. it got pritty good kit inside apparently (this lad in my group at college uses it)

im going to try and have agander after my pass arives in about 2 weeks.


sorry to boust but i though id tell you all the good news

Asperger's Syndrome I think that is related a bit to Autism correct? A person has to have a plan for everything with Asperger's or they feel anxiety and out of control correct?

Only read a bit of it and the 'vets' over there are morons too. "Don't eat salted nuts, salt is bad, never eat anything with salt added". What idiots.

Many people don't realise that there isn't magic tricks to get big fast. They eat a lot and they just get fat. Getting big should be a natural process while training.
