I agree on that. I think he could get around 20 pounds of lean muscle if he slept through the night...

With the amount of anabolics these guys are on I don't think quality sleep matters in terms of recovery. I mean, we're gonna tell a guy whose 300 pounds and ripped he should sleep more? lol

Titus used to say (wrote it on here and in magazine interviews a few times) that he used to set an alarm for 3:00 am and have a pre-mixed protein shake on his nightstand every night.
