Have you tried using a moisturizer?  You may want to try "Cetaphil" moisturizing lotion and "Cetaphil" soap for dry skin.  These can be found normally at any grocery, Wal-greens, CVS, Target, etc.

I think I've read eczema can be exacerbated by stress.

I found this regarding diet etc:

Eczema on Face - How I Cleared My Eczema on Face

When I suffered with Eczema I had it all over my body. I had it everywhere. I was covered from head to toe. I had it on my chest, my legs, and hands and worst of all on my face. Everybody could see it on my face. There was no hiding it.

I had developed an art of hiding my arms and the rest of my body. I even wore gloves in the middle of summer.

But on my face. There was no hiding. And so I had to find a way of eliminating this facial eczema forever.

The food I eat today has a tremendous effect on how my body fights illnesses. Sickness such as the common cold, sore throats and cold sores are all effected by the foods I eat on a regular basis. And that includes eczema.

If you want to eliminate eczema you must change the foods that you eat today.

By eating foods that heal, revitalise and cleanse your body you will begin to heal your body naturally for all manner of ailments.

The foods you need to include in your daily diet are Superfoods.

On a daily basis I now include three very important Superfoods in my daily diet. These superfoods are greatly responsible for clearing up my Eczema on Face.

These three Superfoods have the power to revitalise, heal, and eliminate your eczema.

The Superfoods are all living, vibrant foods that are eaten uncooked and unprocessed. They have the power to change the way you feel about your skin and the way you feel in general.

Here is a list of my favourite three:

#1 - Eczema on Face - How I Cleared My Eczema on Face

Bean Sprouts - Seeds and grains that are powerhouses of nutritional goodness and life energy. Just add a little water and they will germinate, grow for a few days in your kitchen and you end up with cheap and quite phenomenal health enhancing value. That's bean sprouts for you.

They will rejuvenate your skin, heal open wounds and reduce any itching, naturally.

Examples of seeds and grains include - alfalfa, sunflower seeds and mung beans.

#2 - Eczema on Face - How I Cleared My Eczema on Face

Aloe Vera - Aloe is a very powerful healer and strengthener. Aloe is a medicinal plant and looks like a cactus. It is used by East Indian women to maintain beauty and counteract symptons of aging. Aloe is said to be oestrogenic and will vitalise and tonify your skin from the inside out.

Aloe can be purchased in any health store in the form of Aloe gel or Aloe juice. Aloe contains 18 amino acids as well as numerous vitamins and minerals.

Aloe contains anti-inflammatory properties; anti-bacterial properties, immune stimulating properties and general tissue repair properties. Perfect for eczema skin.

#3 - Eczema on Face - How I Cleared My Eczema on Face

Green Grass Barley is one of the only foods on earth that can nourish you from birth to old age. Green Barley Grass contains Chlorophyll, the pigment which gives it colour. Chlorophyll is a great detoxifier, deodoriser and wound healer. Chlorophyll has the ability to mimic haemoglobal in the blood.
