critique my food choices
« on: February 15, 2010, 09:49:32 PM »
So, i am working thinning out right now, and here're the basic foods i'm eating (in nor particular order).  what should I be supplementing or eating as well to get more nutrients/vitams/health etc...

chicken breasts
fish (ahi tuna, salmon, tilapia, snapper, canned tuna)
99% lean ground turkey
whole wheat bread
sweet potatoes/yams
broccoli and other veggies
brown rice
peanut butter
bell peppers

i'm losing weight at the rate i want, i keep it bland cuz i have a weak stomach.

cottage cheese has a lot of salt (although i do love the stuff), and i try to stay away from that.

I do drink a good amount of coffee, and I am up every morning at 430 for cardio... i guess we think alike  ;)

Looks good, what about eggs?  Also you can get non-salted cottage cheese but it tastes nasty.  Cottage cheese is great for dieting.  I ate it pretty much every day when I got in the best shape of my life.

eggs irritate my weak stomach, or else i'd chow em down left and right. i love eggs.
