melvin came up with vince, john brown and shawn. shawn has been on here defending him. but it's obivous melvin aint lived up...given he should have been as good as the other 3. so...what's up melvin?
Exactly, Shawn was a big Melvin supporter, but Melvin hasn't lived up to expectations. He can't get in condition, but relies on his shape. At 5'8, that can only take you so far. He needs bigger arms, delt, chest, quad sweep, dialed in back detail, and lower back,glute, hams need to be dry. It's good that he can pose, but he has the potential to be a world beater and hang with the likes of Dex, Phil, Jay, Kai, Wolf.
