He said he had a ruptured hemangioma which in over 10 years of work as a hepatobiliary specialist I have never seen and there is only a handful of cases in the literature.
A ruptured adenoma is extremely common, particularly in a young man on AAS.
If I had seen him in the ED I would have diagnosed him just by looking at him.
