Is this the same Metroflex Gym that Ronnie Coleman trains at?

Just wondered cos it's snowing pretty hard and I thought they didn't get snow down in Texas. But then, having never lived there maybe I'm wrong.

Texas has actually gotten alot of snow this winter, more than i can ever remember. we had a foot of snow in one day about a week ago.

Damn - not being from the USA I had always assumed that somewhere like Texas stayed hot and dry all year round.

Looks like a decent gym although I could never train like Branch Warren - I'd tear something within minutes if I incline benched like that!

Yes, I used to train there in 97-98 and used to see both of them. I would see Branch train with a guy named Jay Moore. He was intense and huge then.
