Mast EQ Delts

Kind of a 2 part question.

Looking for some feedback on SM mast and eq? currently running their test and tren no probs.

and this is my first run with GH my delts are super fucking sore from pinning no pain when I do just sore next day or what not. I dont feel like I ever hit anything any ideas? or am I just sore cause its the first time jabbing my delts twice a day? lol thanks

Shoot sub q for awile. The insert with my gh recommended subq injections at night. I still inject im in the delts on training days and then subq on non training days. No real reason why just to give the delts a break.
