I will get together with my training partner to watch the "Main Event" tomorrow. As a party snack I will prepare 8 oz of boneless, skinless, unseasoned chicken breast, 1.5 cups of brown rice, and 1.0 cups of raw brocolli, along with a protein shake of course. Every 2.25 hours I will repeat this process. Since it's a big day and all, I may splurge and have chocolate whey instead of unflavored whey, depending on how my morning cardio goes tomorrow.
