Fucking fruits has shit-all to do with morality. It's weird, it does not conform to our norms, but our norms are often arbitrary. Norms vary widely between cultures. (yes I know there are no clans of fruitfucking tribals). It's not normal, which is markedly different than immoral. Norms are sometimes derived from morals, but most of the time they're not.
I think you have to have a healthy scepticism towards norms, I don't mean constantly ignore them as that would make you a social outcast which is a few steps too far. But try see where norms come from, how norms can rapidly change, how norms have changed in your own country, and how they differ between neighbouring countries. You will find that most norms are pretty arbitrary and some are downrigght weird. Morals largely stay the same, norms change constantly.
