I'll be shocked if Rashad beats Rampage... Rashad isn't a mean fighter or cage vet like 'Page is... Rashad seems like the school nerd in comparison, just because rashad threw a lucky haymaker and KO'd Chuck everyone praises him like he's some killer, look at what machida did to him, flopping on the ground like a fish..

Rampage will be training in UK, I don't want to go because that means leaving my family for 6-8 weeks. I'm doing his strength routine and diet but since I won't be going who knows how much of it will be followed, all I can do is stay in touch with him and his camp. Dave Roberts will be going there for sparring.
