These excuses of "social conditions" are growing old.  The Haitians in Montreal act exactly like the Africans in Detroit who act exactly like the Somalis in Maine and Canada had no history of slavery.  The excuses get more and more ridiculous by the day and the most parsimonious explanation is genetics.

This makes sense.  Somalis who clothe themselves with donated parkas helped the city's economy.    If you read the comments you get the real story and the reality is that the majority of the Somalis are on welfare and the influx of transfer payments from the federal to the state level has helped the economy grow.  Crime has not been going down; in fact just the opposite.

Most of the issues relate to white crime.  Of course CNN's goal is to brainwash everyone into believing white people are evil while simultaneously ignoring the fact that the top 10 most violent cities in the USA are majority black ones.  Then CNN plays "Black in America" ad nauseum telling us how hard up all blacks have it and how evil all whites are.  Yeah, no brainwashing here.  

I don't mind black people but I also don't appreciate being blamed for every problem the black community faces.
