For the very first time (and I would have never thought I would do that) 308lbs (6 20kg plates), no help and ass to the grass no knee straps.
As my bech personal best a few days ago, it was far from being pretty and I really struggled, but I got it up by myself.
Had to ask somebody to spot me of course and the guy was douchebag I told him that I have never even tried that weight and he just stood back so I wonder how far I could have gone If I wouldn;t have to worry.
A year ago I was unable to squat 220lbs for more then 4 reps (I have always trained squats all the way down) now I rep 10 with 220lbs easy.
Shows you again if you put your mind to it
I think benching wise I have reached my personal best so far and I may have to use a good training program to increase and reach my ultimate goal which is 6 wheels, squating however I think I could even go a little further.
