« on: March 29, 2010, 07:48:31 PM »
I weigh 146lbs at the moment at around 11%, I also started to take ephedrine yesterday.
So in your estimation provided diet and exercise are on check how long will it take to get down to 8% from 11%?

Heres a pic btw, full up just eaten

5'9''?  With that build in the pic you have to be shorter than that to only be 145.  Unless you have chicken legs
Valhalla awaits.

imo you should be a man and eat. get a decent size, atleast 180lbs, lift decent weight and not look like a twink. 5'9 146lbs, i had those stats in 6th grade...

It's already been well-established on this board that 5'9" is the lowest acceptable height for a man, but what is the lowest acceptable weight ???

sorta with the legs but i want to get lean now, not interested anymore in bulking up or adding any more muscle.
Once i fully diet down ill be concentrating 100% on boxing so ill be lifting only 2-3 times a week

"Diet and exercise are on check..."

Each percentage you lose is around 2 lbs. of fat. Your'e looking to lose about 6 lbs. of fat.

If you were me, it would take about 3-4 weeks, but- your'e not me.

How long will it take you?

You'll need to average around 690 cal deficit per day from maintenance, without losing any lean mass. Good luck.
