wow, it feels different dont it, it feels fantastic, it usually starts with some sensations in the thumbs, i finished it off by standing directed to the rising sun, felt like a rain coming down of light, my eyes become bigger of all the light, while feet alligning with the earth, you can compare it with a tree, tree with bigger roots reach higher in the sky, crown up in the cosmos

Yes, but I literally came off the ground about 9 inches.  I won't be doing that crazy shit again...

 Meditation is amazing. If you practice it enough and learn how to detach from your body enough you'll have out of body experiences.

Meditation is a great tool, done it for a number of years it centers you, but takes discipline. Basically makes your life much more relaxed and you can focus on tasks more easily not to mention the sprituality aspect.

This, and being able to reach rooftops without having to take the elevator is an added bonus as well.
