Yes I have heard many rave reviews about this stuff.

It's ok, but I found that after using for a week or 2, my body got used to it and it didn't do alot for me.  I only went up to 2 scoops though.  I might give it another try - the fruit punch flavor is alot better than then lemon by the way.

I think most of the preworkout supps are best used for 2 on than 2 to 4 weeks off.  They are good for getting out of slumps more than anything.

I used one of thoe NOS things a while back.  It did give a great pump in the gym, but I had a boner 24/7.  Scared me that things might not function once I got off it, after using it long term.
