A current update on post-workout nutrition
« on: April 17, 2010, 10:54:25 AM »
Getbig,

I have recently stalled out on most of my major lifts in the gym.  Unfortunately HugeRipped is no longer available to offer his accredited and certified advices on this topic, so I am left to solve this riddle of steel on my lonesome.  I have determined that the issue is likely related to my post-workout nutrition regimen, specifically:

(1) A spatial deficiency: not consuming enough Strawberry Muscle Milk (SMM) after my workout
(2) A temporal deficiency: not consuming the SMM quickly enough after my workout
(3) Skipping my bridges on Ab Day

Today, though, my faith was rejuvenated!  As I walked the aisles of the local grocery store, I stumbled across this shining beacon of hope:

My current bodyweight is 183.5 lbs (83.2 kg).  What weight should I anticipate achieving after finishing my Warrior Whey ???
