Do any of yous guys remember that workout published by Flex back about 7 years ago about growing your arms one inch in 25 hours guranteed?? I can't remember thetraining split, but the rest and eating schedule was ridiculous and hilarious they would print something like...
yep, they had all different types of variations of that,,, i tried it once or twice.
something like, you start early in the morn, with a bi - tri move and do like 6 or 7 sets each, then every hour or 90 mins after do 2 or 3 sets of a dif bi tri move, again 60 - 90 min later, do the orig moves at 2 - 3 sets, so on and so on alternatiting moves every 60 or 90 block. do this all day and feed all day, along with bcaa supps creatine, glutamine etc.,
basically you get that residual swell the next day that stays for a bit, theory is taking a few steps forward, filling the arm up with the glyc and the following workouts you'll keep some.
dont think you gain a whole inch but you do keep a pump all day, which is the heart of the idea and you keep using strectching and pumping type move with 2 or 3 "feeder" sets, like 10 - 12 reps.
do it like once a month because overuse/train risk injury etc., haven't done that in a while,,, gotta do on a day off when you have the time to hit a few moves every hour or so.
anyone tries it, post your thoughts, its like the one day arm routine, easy enough to find
