Not denying that, but the Pro GF is some of the best pre-workout around. We actually use the MuscleMilk Collegiate for post workout.

The ingredients in the stuff you posted seem good, the price is just way too high.  Optimum Nutrition's pro complex is better and much cheaper.  I looked at MM Collegiate once, but from what I remember, the protein content was too low for my needs.
