I can assure you that Bret Hart wasn't making no fucking 3 million at WCW......

In 1996, Eric Bischoff arranged for a meeting with Bret through Bret’s agent, Barry Bloom, while Bret was in L.A. doing voice work for The Simpsons.

Eric asked Bret what it would take to get him to come to WCW.
Bret replied, “$3 million a year and a lighter schedule.”

On Sept. 27, Eric made Bret a counteroffer of $2.8 million per year for three years.  
McMahon caught wind of the offer & drew up the infamous 20-year contract that would include:
$1.5 million / year for 3-yrs. as a wrestler,
$500,000 / year for the next 7-yrs. as a senior adviser,
then $250,000 / year for a 10-yr. retainer.  

A short time later, Vince reneged on the contract.
Bret tried to get his old offer with WCW.
Bischoff said the best they could do was $2.5 million for 125 days per year, plus insurance and a clause that allowed Bret to arrive at venues much later than the other talent.
Bret accepted.

If that's true then no wonder WCW went down the toilet so fast.  Brett wasn't worth that much.  Maybe 1.5 million because of merchandising and that he's a 3rd generation wrestler from a promonient family but not that much

That was the problem with WCW at it's downfall... too much money and not enough sense from the management.

You have to remember what was happening at the time... AOL and Time Warner had merged... AOL at the time was the biggest internet provider in the world.

Then... Dial up became passe.... AOL started to drown and Time Warner took huge hits on the stock... They had paid out all of these insane contracts to wrestlers in WCW (who was owned by AOL/Time Warner at the time) and it just became a mess... Once the ad revenue started to shrink, the Time Warner managers decided WCW was pointless to have, so they sold it away.... In walks the only other wrestling game in town in Vince McMahon and he buys them up for cents on the dollar.

Those with big contracts didn't sign with Vince (Like Sting or Flair immediately)

Those who didn't have huge contract extensions went with Vince at a sizable downsize.

That's why Booker T was the last WCW champion... He had signed a deal with Vince and Scott Steiner hadn't, so Scott dropped the belt to Books on the last Nitro.

As far as Hall and Nash are concerned, they are most likely living paycheck to paycheck.  Just like bodybuilding, salaries are greatly exaggerated and don't even take into account that they are independent contractors which means they have to pay everything out of pocket from health insurance, travel, lodging, meals, etc and consider that they wrestle over 300 shows a year.  After its all said and done, there's not much beer money to go drinking with

Those are definitely pictures that I won't be publishing ever because I had a perm at the time when hair still grew well on my head.......  My short lived time was forgettable and doesn't mean nothing to me anyway.  I only keep in touch with a few friends I made, don't even watch wrestling, and quite frankly don't give two wet shits about it.

Until the WWE, TNA, and other promotions start taking better care of professional wrestlers, not ripping them off on money, and not making them do things at the risk of great bodily injury, I won't be a member of any wrestling fan club whatsoever.

So that is your answer to why you won't post a photo.  My god even your excuses suck.  And I bet all the wrestling organizations are doing their best to be better so you will come back and be a huge fan   Jesus Christ Goodrum everyone knows you are an ugly MF'er at least the hair would cover up some it.  Post the fucking pics or quit pretending that you wrestled.  Post one of you wrestling NOW!!!!

There's maybe a short list that made more that say 400 grand a year a very short list. Put it this way if they didn't carry a the heavy weight title they didn't make shit. Even if they made 400 k a year it don't compared to average jobs, when it's very short term and destroys your health. The entertainment industry sucks. Unless your world famous your better off being a doctor. Even a million a year sounds like a lot when you consider most celebrities only stay at there peak for about five years.
