im dieting today,
ate a nice breakfast 4 chickenwings, some bread, jam,milk, a couple of fries with ketchup= 650 cal
after training pizza= 750 cal
so gonna have 2 shakes today and maybe some rice and cheese+apples,had 3 coffee lots of cream/lots of sugar= 650 cal+
TOTAL 2050cals
probably 150 gr protein
so i ate nice food and will lose some fat today, sweet apples fil fil me up tonight, so no hunger, why make it so hard
