Imagine if you lifted more then twice a week....

im doing HIT so i can cover a lot in one session, i tried doing 4 times a week but then i dont grow, i lack the eating discipline

one hour, lets say i do some squats, dumbell/barbell delt presses, close benchpress, leg curls, side lateals

Mariachi, not hating at all, but your b/f is still way too high.  If you cut down slowly, you can keep alot of your muscle, but you're still going to lose a bunch.
