You can buy soy protein powder, pea protein powder and even hemp protein powder.
There should't be a problem...

Soy powder is disgusting, even if you mix it with other stuff

I agree, but the question was not about enjoyable shakes, but about vegetarian BB goals..

How in the hell can someone turn down a "he-man" rack of BBQ back back ribs?

All the vegetarians I've ever met are pasty white, underweight and they always seem to have a cold.

So healthy  ::)

you can season beans to make them taste like meat(chili powder, cayenne, black pepper, salt) because they have similar texture, throw on some cheese and white bread and you got yourself a cheeseburger

I've eaten Quorn burgers and escalopes and they're ok. Not sure I could live on a veggie diet for good but there are decent alternatives nowadays.

They don't need to taste good, a neutral taste is also fine with me, but in case the taste is awful it's pretty hard to follow a diet on the long run.

good description

beans by themselves are very neutral but definitly help you recover

spice them up like the post above i made and you got yourself a nice veggie cheesburger

I've done it and noticed absolutely no difference in body composition or strength when compared to an animal protein based diet. I ate, and continue to eat, 3-4 meals of curried lentils and brown rice mixed with spinach daily. I include a small amount of animal protein these days.

I basically only eat fruit and vegetables.  1 meat meal per week on my high cal day. No big deal, in better shape than ever, not small, and feel just fine.

whey protein, egg, diary products in general are Vegetarian and is good quality protein.

diary products still enslaves animals to some extent but organic sources have better regulations.

at least you are not financing and enabling systematic mass slaughter.

just improve your choices is good.

Vegetarianism sucks.

Over-rated for health and moral reasons.
