I believe gh makes your organs increase in size. It's not fat. So you're screwed unless you start hacking you organs.
When you put GH in your circulation, you cannot rule it's effect, so if there is some potential of grow, it will be happen. That's why BB:ers has so much heart troubles and they drop before their time. If we take Coleman or Jay, their heart size would be at least twice than the average guy in that age, because GH makes active muscle bigger. With heart it isn't all positive, because big heart isn't strong heart, but instead of that, it could be weak. It cannot pump efficiently because it is too thick, and that is one of the reasons why those guys breath so heavily in seemingly light stress. You try to get oxygen to the muscles, but your pump cannot give right pressure, so your brains think that you doesn't breath hard enough and makes you gasp your breath. You don't see this as clearly as it can be in bodybuilding, but for example, If you look those K1 "fighters" like Bob Sapp, Butterbean and so on, you see it clearly. Bob walk a half way to middle of the ring and he is out of breath...He looses fights because he is out of breath. In one of these days, he will be permanently out of breath...
