After the killing of this 7 year old girl as well as the other scum bag cop caught shooting himself and blaming others, in no way should a second be wasted honoring scum...as a matter of fact start by cutting their pay, making them pay for their own insurance, cut all of their disability, cut pension to no more than half of their last wage minus any over time an make them pay to use police cars and fuel.
