Due to most children today having horrible parents, they learn "eff you" real quick, by age 4...sometimes age 1, and it's thought of as being cute...until the child starts saying that to the parent...

Nonsense. Swearing has always been a great part of the English language, or any language. The problem is overuse to the point of inanity. Use it, but use it sparingly, and at the proper moments, and it will have great effect.
