Need your help guys,
one night before i went to bed i looked at my calves in the mirror, they looked much better than usual, bigger, so i measured them to know for sure, and yes they were 1 inch bigger, didnt have no pump nothing, my calves grow very slow if no at all, so i was thinking what did i change in my training to get a inch in 2 weeks, did some long period stretching on raises at the botom with heavyweight. but then after 6/7 hours of sleep i lost that inch!! wtf is this shit man fucking frustrating,. they looked fenomenal with that extra inch, didnt have no pump and didnt eat anything in particular, whats going on here?
