really...how much do you learn from the training vids when you have been lifting for 15 plus yrs? technique stuff they job to you is BS. maybe you get something from diet. profile vids are the best.

the vids are more for motivation. Shawn's Countdown was good, shows you the dieting process. Ronnie's shows you Unbelievable strength. Flex, well, Its Flex...Dorian similar to Ronnie's. Melvin's two were okay. Phil's 1st one gets you pumped. Especially for arm day, plus it's a rarity to see someone hurt themselves on their DVD, they usually edit it out...
