He has a background in multiple schools. Look him up in wiki and on YouTube. White is friends with Troy Alves. Hexalso has some training vids, where he says he doesn't do "bodybuilder training".
He is a good actor was in Why Did I get Married 2 and the first one and Black Dynamite. He played Mike Tyson and Spawn as well. I think he would be a good choice for Black Panther.

incorrect

What Michael is primarily talking about is the straight lead punch that is from a kung fu style like Wing Chun. It is predicated on non telegraphic movement only from the elbow. There is plenty of power in it once you know how to use it effectively. The most powerful punch is often the one you never see coming.  ;) In addition, punches that distract or disorient can allow you to follow up with more devastating technique if necessary.

he is right really
Once you telegraph a punch most likely your opponent will simply get out the way, its not so much speed but timing and accuracy........Speed is not that important without throwing the punch at the right time.

Someone like Miguel Cotto isnt the fastest fighter ever but he knows how to place his punches
